Chicago-style delight is a kind of sweet pickle usually used in Chicago style hot dogs. The unique color of the enjoy, often referred to as "green neon", is made by adding a blue dye to enjoy the usual pickles. The first use of Chicago style enjoying hot dogs has been attributed to several different restaurants, including Fluky and Superdawg.
