SeekingArrangement (also known as SeekingArrangement.com ) is an American sugar baby and sugar daddy dating website founded by MIT Brandon Wade graduate in San Francisco, California in 2006. SeekingArangement's business model is based on a membership system. Baby Sugar creates a profile and joins the website for free. Sugar Baby members who register with their university email address are automatically eligible for Premium Membership status. Sugar Daddys and Mommas can sign up for a free site service, which provides them with a limited number of messages. After the trial period expires, members have the option to purchase credit for extended messaging privileges every month or every year with Diamond Package.

In 2010, SeekingArrangement.com began offering Free Premium Memberships to students who enroll using their university email address. The company expanded its offerings to students in Canada, Australia, Britain, France and various parts of Europe.
By 2014, more than 1.4 million students are enrolled on the website to search for Sugar Daddies and Sugar Mommies. Requests from Infant Sugar vary from assistance with tuition fees to monthly allowances for living expenses.

SeekingArangement offers optional background checks for its members through third-party sources: TC LogiQ. However, a mandatory background check for the Diamond Tier. Background checks include providing filtering services for site members who review user records for flags such as: sexual predators, attack/battery costs, domestic violence submissions, and similar indicators. There is a one-time fee associated with the background check process of members who are charged to the account holder.
Users who successfully verified the background are flagged with a badge on their site profile.
PerfectArrangement
In 2015, SeekingArrangement.com added matchmaking services as an option to clients. The PerfectArrangement slogan is "A Different Different of Matchmaking." These services serve alternative and traditional relationships based on preferences and needs specified by the client.

SeekingArrangement is available for mobile app usage on Android-compatible phones and tablets. SeekingArangement is now available in the iOS store.
Controversy
SeekingArrangement.com has been featured in the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, the New York Post, Cosmopolitan, GQ, and various print outlets. The site has also been featured on ABC 20/20 television, ABC Nightline, CNN This is Life, Showtime's Seven Deadly Sins (Season 1, Ep 6) and other television programs worldwide.
Death Google executives - Alix Tichelman trial (2013-2015)
Google Forrest executive Hayes was found dead on his yacht November 2013 by his captain. The surveillance record from the yacht showed Alix Tichelman, a woman he met at SeekingArrangement.com, injected what appeared to be heroin into his arm, then shot the substance directly into Hayes. Hayes died later of an overdose.
Alix Tichelman was arrested in July 2014, on charges of murder and prostitution. On May 19, 2015, he was sentenced to six years in prison after pleading guilty to unintentional killing and drug administration.
Republican National Convention Site Boost (2012)
When the 2012 Republican National Convention took place in Tampa Bay, Florida, SeekingArrangement.com made sense to see a 25.9% increase of site users coming from this geographic area. This increase translates to an average of 1,823 daily users increasing to 2,295 access sites currently reported.

The Huffington Post continues to state that further evidence shows that of 200,000 users of Sugar Daddy, 42.1% reportedly identified as Republicans and 34.9% as Democrats.
Anthony Weiner "Sexting" Scandal (2011)
In 2011 former US New York Representative Anthony Weiner posted a sexual photo through his Twitter page. Six women will admit that they have been involved in a sexually charged telephone connection with a married representative. Sydney Elaine Leathers, one of six women named Weiner has an extramarital contact with, confessed to meeting Weiner at the SeekingArrangement site. Since then, the leeches have admitted using similar sites since the age of 19 years.
Criminal allegations
On January 25, 2016, Doug Richard appeared in Old Bailey, where he admitted sexual activity occurred but said it was due liking, believing that he was 17 years old at the time. Richards has met the girl through a dating site called SeekingArrangement. The court heard that the 13-year-old girl in question told Richards on several occasions that she was 17 years old. On January 29, 2016, Richard was acquitted of all charges brought against him by a unanimous judge's decision.
