Knob Creek is a Kentucky bourbon whiskey brand manufactured by Beam Suntory at Jim Beam's distillery in Clermont, Kentucky. This is one of four small bourbon batch Jim Beam brands targeted for the upscale liquor market. His brothers in line are Booker, Baker, and Basil Hayden.
The brand's main expressions are plotted on 100 proofs (higher than 80 typical ones which are the minimum requirements required by US Federal marking requirements). Knob Creek was nine years old, but now sold without an age statement.
Knob Creek is present in a rectangular bottle with a cork or twist-on lid and a wax-coated top. Bourbons have a dark golden brown color. According to the company, this is due to the relatively long aging process, which allows it to absorb more sugar from wood than it does in other Jim Beam Small Batch brands. The company describes the taste as "rich, sweet, woody, full-bodied, almost fruit-like", and the aroma as "baked beans, grains, oak".
In 2009, Beam ran a campaign to publish their shortcomings of bourbon Knob Creek. Demand exceeded the forecast in 2000, when stock began the aging process.

Variety
Original Original 100 (50% ABV): The first bourbon Boob Creek was introduced in 1992.
Knob Creek Single Barrel Reserve : 120 proof (60% ABV) single bourbon barrel, introduced in 2010.
Knob Creek Rye : 100 proof (50% ABV) straight rye whiskey by the name of Knob Creek was released in 2012. This is the first Knob Creek whiskey that does not carry an age statement, instead of just advertised as "Patient Perseverance ".
Knob Creek Smoked Maple Bourbon : Introduced in 2013. It is bottled in 90 tokens (45% ABV), and is the company's first bourbon-flavored alcoholic beverage.
Knob Creek 2001 Limited Edition : Introduced in 2016, this is a one-off release that marks the passing of the production process from Booker Noe to his son, Fred. This release was made from a barrel held by Booker in 2001 and was completed by Fred's son. There are four different batches released in 2016, at a retail price of about $ 130 per bottle. 100 proof bottle and 14 years old, which is 5 years longer than Original 100 and Knob Creek Single Barrel.

Knob Creek bourbon has won numerous awards from the ranking organization of the Spirit.
- The San Francisco World Spirit Competition gave him two double gold medals, three golds, one silver and one bronze between 2005 and 2012, and awarded him the "Best Bourbon" award in 2015.
- Wine Magazine scored in the 90-95 point interval in 2005.
- The Beverage Testing Institute ranks twice, giving 90 points on one occasion and 91 points on the other.
The food critic, Morgan Murphy, said, "Aged 9 years, this whiskey stands as one of the first high-end premium bourbons."
