The second generation Ford F-Series is a light pickup truck produced by Ford from 2009 to 2014. Design history
Ford revealed the 2009 F-150 design at the 2008 North American International Auto Show in Detroit. For 2014, a special truck called Tremor was introduced, essentially an FX2 or FX4 truck equipped with EcoBoost in a regular cabin model with 6.5 'bed, special FX Appearance Package, console flows through bucket seats and 4.10 final drive ratios back teeth.
Also new in 2014, STX trim levels are also available on SuperCrew models with 5.5 'boxes. Additionally the STX Sport package added for 2014 includes 20 "wheels, black cloth seats, and black exterior accents.

Bodies, frames, and features
From the A-pillar to the front, the Raptor has a unique composite hood and fender from the F-150 and loses the blue oval badge on the grille. SVT widened the trajectory by 7 inches (180 mm), so the 5.5-foot (1.7 m) box is also unique to the Raptor. The Raptor's height is 2 inches (51 mm) above the standard 4-wheel drive supercrew.
